Welcome back to another term at Bedlinog Community Primary School. I trust that you have had a restful half term break and that all our pupils are ready to start another busy term as we lead up to the Christmas period!
We continue to provide our pupils with lots of exciting learning experiences and will continue to do so over the next half term. Information about events and activities that have been going on in the class can be found on our school website and Dojo, including a copy of last terms newsletter with all the dates leading into Christmas. Information regarding Christmas trips and concert tickets will be sent home over the next few weeks so please keep an eye out for these.
Please find below some key information and dates for the rest of this term.
Last term we held our sponsored ‘Dance-athon’ and, thanks to your support, the school raised £370.00. This money will go towards continuing to provide our pupils with various learning experiences that we would otherwise be unable to provide. Diolch!
National Tests 2020 – Year 2 – Year 6
Welsh Government have now confirmed the dates for next year’s National Test period. The school will be sitting these tests on Weds 29th April, Thursday 30th April and Friday 1st May. Please ensure your child is in school on these dates.
Our Autumn Term Parents Evenings will take place on Wednesday 13th November and Thursday 14th November. As was the case last year, appointments will be booked online and we will send information out shortly, providing you with information regarding booking your appointment.
A reminder that the consultation on the Federation of Bedlinog Community Primary School and Trelewis Primary School will close on 19th November 2019. Feedback can be provided either in writing or via online.
May I thank you all for your continued support of our school,
Mr R Morgan
